📦 Orders & Tracking

1. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly on our website using your Order ID and phone number.

2. Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been handed over to our logistics partners.

3. What should I do if my payment failed but money was deducted? Don't worry! This usually happens due to a technical glitch between banks. The amount is typically refunded to your account automatically within 5-7 business days. If you don't see it, reach out to us at evokronindia@gmail.com.

4. Are Evokron products covered under warranty? Yes! Most of our electronics and mobile accessories come with a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Check the product description page for specific warranty details.

5. My handheld fan/device isn't charging. What should I do? * Ensure you are using the provided USB cable.

  • Try a different power adapter or wall outlet.

  • Check for any debris in the charging port. If it still doesn't work, contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.

6. Do your mobile covers fit all versions of a phone model? Our covers are precision-engineered for specific models (e.g., Samsung S25 Ultra). Please double-check your phone model in your device settings before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.


🚚 Shipping & Returns

7. How long does delivery take? * Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Northeast India: As we are based in Assam, local deliveries are often faster (2-4 business days).

8. What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for defective or damaged items. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please record an unboxing video to help us process your claim faster.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer COD across most pin codes in India for your convenience and security.
