Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched

🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner's website. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
❌ Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.
🔄 Wrong or Damaged Item Received
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
📵 Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order and issue a full refund.
